The Stewarding Team Lead will assist with managing the daily kitchen utility operations and staff. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with food handling and sanitation standards, managing all equipment, china, glass and silver, and supervising associates ability to follow loss prevention policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED and prefer 2 years experience in the procurement, food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • Minimum age requirement 21 yrs
  • Must have valid Texas drivers license and satisfactory MVR for insurance coverage purposes
