Job Summary:
Hughes Brothers Construction, Inc. is seeking a skilled Grader Machine Operator to join our team. As a Grader Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating graders and other heavy equipment to perform rough or fine grade finishing, spreading and mixing materials to prepare roads for construction.

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate graders and other heavy equipment to perform rough or fine grade finishing, spreading and mixing materials to prepare roads for construction
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment
- Demonstrate an understanding of grades and interpret roadway plans and drawings

Essential Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience in like position
- Knowledge of grader and other heavy equipment
- Knowledge of road construction materials, processes, and industry requirements
