JOB SUMMARY:
The Nighttime Security Officer is tasked with safeguarding the properties managed by AEG. This role involves mastering the security systems in place and implementing established protocols to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the facilities. Shift Hours are Midnight to 8 AM, with variations based on security requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain a secure environment.
- Document daily activities and any irregularities, including damage, theft, or unauthorized access.
- Respond to alarms and investigate any disturbances.
- Engage with guests in security screening areas, managing access control and crowd safety.
- Perform respectful and efficient searches of bags and individuals.
- Oversee and adjust controls for building systems, such as HVAC.
- Handle telephone inquiries, providing information and assistance during off-hours.
- Support parking arrangements for players, VIPs, employees, and guests.
- Assist in emergency situations, including medical needs and evacuations.
- Provide support to guests with special requirements.
- Monitor safety and security conditions throughout the facility.
- Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
- Complete all required training successfully.
- Engage proactively and courteously with guests and staff.
- Ensure all individuals are informed of facility policies regarding safety.
- May require driving a company vehicle for external patrols and other tasks.
- Foster an inclusive environment where all guests and team members feel valued.
- Create memorable experiences through exceptional service.
- Prioritize safety for employees, players, and guests.
- Embody the company’s mission and values: transparency, teamwork, community focus, and resilience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to handle objections with a service-oriented approach.
- Capable of following both verbal and written instructions.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
- Maintain a professional appearance as per company standards.
- Frequent stair climbing and moving of materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, handle, grasp, and reach.
- Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Most duties are performed indoors under controlled conditions; some may occur outdoors.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Ability to observe, inspect, and assess situations accurately.
