Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Operations Specialist to join our team at Delphi-US. This role will focus on reviewing changes in file integrity monitors, following up on business justifications, and escalating unknown changes.

Responsibilities
  • File Integrity Monitor Review: The selected candidate will review and promote changes in the file integrity monitor, ensuring that all modifications align with company policies.
  • Business Justification Follow-up: They will follow up with teams providing business justifications for changes, verifying that all reasoning is sound and compliant.
  • Escalation of Unknown Changes: If any changes cannot be justified, the specialist will escalate them to senior management for further review.
  • Reporting and Analysis: The candidate will review reports from various systems to ensure assets are configured properly and in a healthy state, completing scheduled jobs as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: An undergraduate degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Computer Science, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: 2-4 years of experience with Windows or Unix systems, 1-2 years of experience with ticketing applications, and strong technical communication skills.
  • Time Management: The ability to follow documentation and standard operating procedures, along with strong time management skills.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience in building queries in Oracle, scripting, Java, and automating jobs.
