Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aquatic Coach to join our growing team at JC Aquatics. As an Aquatic Coach, you will be responsible for leading swim lessons, group programs, and summer open water events while promoting a culture of safety, fun, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging swim lessons and group programs for swimmers of all levels
  • Lifeguarding duties as required
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new program ideas
  • Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment
Requirements
  • 3 years of competitive swim team experience, aquatic-related sports, or experience working with kids
  • Current Water Safety Instructor certification and Lifeguard certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
