About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Training Associate Manager to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing manufacturing skills training for our Dallas site and leading a team of technical trainers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain training curriculums to meet production needs
  • Schedule training sessions to ensure timely delivery of skills to production teams
  • Collaborate with production leadership to identify training needs and evaluate course effectiveness
  • Partner with counterparts at other sites to share best practices and improve training efficiency
  • Support the needs of multiple factories and labs, including electrical, mechanical, optical, machining, and microelectronic production
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new technology and methods to improve training and production processes
