Physical Therapist Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist Manager to join our team at Duly Health and Care. As a Physical Therapist Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of physical therapists and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Lead and manage a team of physical therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations within the physical therapy department.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
