About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Foreman/Crew Leader to join our safety-conscious team at HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating the daily activities of our service line crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the health and safety of our crew members and customers by following policies and procedures.
  • Promote HPC-Industrial's safety, environmental, and operations policies.
  • Manage a crew to safely and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations.
  • Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions.
  • Train and develop equipment technicians.
  • Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • TWIC required.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment used in Hydroblasting and vacuum truck.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
