- Develop and implement plans that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain outcomes, using clinical judgment in collaboration with patients, families, and interprofessional teams.
- Evaluate processes and progress toward attainment of goals and outcomes.
- Contribute to the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, evaluating own practice and maintaining current knowledge and competence.
- Communicate effectively in all areas of practice, collaborating with patients, families, and interprofessional teams.
- Use clinical inquiry and integrate best evidence into practice.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
- No experience required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification, or equivalent.
- Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin, or registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) issued by a Compact State.
