We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Lake Orion, MI.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that provides a wonderful chance to work with young children in a supportive and vibrant school environment.

Your Impact:

  • Role: Full-time position within a nurturing and inclusive setting, focused on Early Childhood (Birth-3 years) and PreK.
  • Setting: Onsite, delivering critical speech therapy services to young students.
  • Focus: Addressing a variety of speech and language needs for early childhood and preschool children.
  • Caseload Size: Manage a caseload of up to 45 students.

Responsibilities:

  • Therapy Services: Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to each child's developmental needs.
  • Manage Caseload: Support children with diverse speech and language challenges.
  • Collaborate: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Monitor Progress: Track and adapt therapy plans based on student progress.
  • Engage: Conduct engaging one-on-one or small group therapy sessions.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) license in Michigan.
  • Experience: Preferred experience in early childhood and preschool settings; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
