We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic medical imaging procedures using CT scans, ensuring high-quality images and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and safety protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports of imaging procedures and results
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography or CT
- 1-2 years of experience in radiologic technology, preferably in a hospital setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
