Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• No prior experience is required, and on-the-job training will be provided

• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required

Preferred Qualifications • One year of similar work experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Ground Duties

  • Maintain lawns using zero-turn lawn mowers, push mowers, and riding lawn mowers
  • Trim weeds around buildings, fences, and parking lots
  • Plant grass seed and repair lawns
  • Maintain landscaping at the job site

General Laborer Duties

  • Lift boxes, desks, and other items as requested by customers
  • Operate a high-pressure boiler for start-up, shut-down, and daily maintenance in the fall and winter
  • Use a forklift to empty trash bins and steel bins
  • Replace filters and clean paint booths
  • Clean company vehicles
  • Perform daily projects as assigned
  • Respond to spills
  • Clean bathrooms and offices as needed
  • Remove snow using snow blowers and shovels, and apply salt to sidewalks
