**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members.

**Responsibilities**

* Operate the dish machine to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are met
* Supervise and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination
* Change water and store dish chemicals properly to prevent accidents and maintain a clean workspace
* Set up and organize dish racks to optimize efficiency and productivity
* Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

**Requirements**

* Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sanitation guidelines
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed
