Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee residential, single-family construction projects in the designated regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Essential Skills:

Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously across the designated regions
  • Developing and implementing project schedules
  • Coordinating and sourcing subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion
  • Conducting inspections and site visits throughout the construction process
  • Documenting project progress and providing regular updates to clients
  • Delivering materials to job sites as necessary
  • Overseeing the completion of punch lists and service requests
  • Anticipating travel of approximately 450 miles weekly
