Position Overview

We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities.

The responsibilities of the Culinary Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing a variety of meals and menu items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events as directed by culinary leadership.
  • Presenting meals in an appealing manner, ensuring cleanliness and aesthetics of the plates before service.
  • Assisting in buffet service when required.
  • Adhering to proper portion control standards.
  • Guaranteeing high-quality food is delivered to guests.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace, following the principle of 'clean as you go.'
  • Complying with health and sanitation regulations as mandated by law and training, ensuring that sanitation supplies are available when handling clean linens.
  • Implementing proper labeling and storage practices for food items.
  • Observing health codes and food safety regulations regarding cooking and holding temperatures, as well as thawing and storage procedures.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as deemed necessary by management.
  • Completing side work, cleaning, and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Upholding a professional demeanor and adhering to all facility policies and standards of conduct.
