Paint Preparer

We are seeking a skilled Paint Prepper to join our team at Reading Truck in Claremore. As a Paint Prepper, you will play a crucial role in preparing truck equipment orders for paint processing.

• Prep all orders in the truck department for paint processing.
• Assist painters in painting, masking, taping, or any other task to be performed in the paint department.
• Help prep and perform basic repairs when needed.
• Perform quality assurance before and after painting.
• Other duties assigned by management (may be assigned at any time).
• Know and follow all health and safety rules, such as safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
• May be required to handle, move, or perform administrative tasks involving Hazardous materials.

• Some fabrication knowledge/understanding a plus.
