Job Title: Snow Groomer

Are you passionate about winter sports and maintenance? Do you have a knack for operating heavy machinery? We're seeking a skilled Snow Groomer to join our team at Snowshoe Mountain

Job Summary:

As a Snow Groomer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the resort's slopes are in top condition for skiers and snowboarders. This includes operating grooming machines, maintaining equipment, and working with our snowmaking team to create a world-class winter experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate grooming machines and attachments to maintain a high-quality snow surface
  • Maintain accurate log sheets and records of equipment usage and maintenance
  • Assist with snowmaking operations and help maintain equipment
  • Support labor efforts during peak periods, including snow removal and lift operations
  • Participate in event and project support, including summer operations and capital projects
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of grooming and/or heavy equipment operation
  • Preferred experience in snowmaking, terrain park design, and maintenance
