Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in our buffet, private dining room, and Ballroom, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our patrons.
  • Clear tables and reset tables and rooms for the next seating or event, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Carry trays of used dishes, glasses, etc. from the dining room to the kitchen, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to the needs and preferences of our members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Be flexible with scheduling, adapting to the demands of a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
