Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Medical Group Southwest Washington. As a leader of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and family teaching. Your leadership skills will enable you to delegate and coordinate the continuum of care, while also assisting in the orientation, training, and education of personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Lead and coordinate the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Provide education and training to personnel
Requirements
  • Completion of a recognized program to obtain an RN license in the State of Washington
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year of experience in acute care setting (preferred)
