Job Summary

The Food Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas. This individual will be responsible for expediting food from the kitchen to the serving floor, ensuring that each plate is prepared neatly and in accordance with customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expedite food from the kitchen to the serving floor, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality presentation.
  • Verify product temperatures and alert servers when orders are ready.
  • Prepare condiments and side dishes for each order.
  • Assist waiters and waitresses as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
