Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with varying communication needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet students' unique goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and document student progress to ensure effective therapy services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals that align with students' needs.
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology to provide evidence-based therapy services.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Arkansas.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and school staff.
