Role Summary:
As a Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen by preparing high-quality ingredients and dishes that meet our restaurant's standards. Your responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting produce, washing, cutting, and preparing food items in accordance with our established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and handle food items with care and attention to detail.
  • Familiarize yourself with the standard cutting sizes for various vegetables.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Assist Dumpling Prep Cooks in assembling and steaming dumplings.

Qualifications:
