  • Assisting families in selecting burial and funeral options, memorialization, and understanding all cemetery guidelines.
  • Performing essential administrative duties, including customer service, paperwork management, and CRM software updates.
  • Engaging with community groups and the public, enhancing the visibility and mission of our company.
  • Providing detailed reports on interactions with families, sales achievements, and feedback received.

  • Candidates ready to obtain PA Life Insurance and Cemetery Sales Licenses, if not already held. A Pennsylvania Funeral Directors license is preferred but not essential.
