We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Covenant Living Communities. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff to ensure a high standard of care.
- Provide direct patient care, including procedures such as catheter placement and care, colostomy care, and other treatments.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in report at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure proper information about residents is communicated.
- Assist in the admission, orientation, and observation of new residents, ensuring that physician orders are transcribed and communicated according to procedure.
- Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
- Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State.
- One year of nursing experience.
- Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a pay range of $39.00 hourly. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid group term life and disability, paid time off, and six paid holidays.
