Job Summary

As a Beauty Advisor at Belk, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and sales performance in the beauty department. This includes ensuring that the floor and stock areas are consistently presented in a manner that meets store standards, unpacking new merchandise in a timely manner, and setting up promotional events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the beauty department and stock areas.
  • Unpack new merchandise in a timely manner and store it in a way that does not obstruct customer access.
  • Set up promotional events and displays in the beauty department.
  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support to customers in the beauty department.
  • Meet or exceed sales performance goals in the beauty department.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
