About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cognitive Specialist to join our team at TMR Talk Therapy & Consulting Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neuropsychology and experience in administering, scoring, and interpreting tests for cognitive screening, neuropsychological assessment, and psychological assessment.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This role requires a deep understanding of human behavior and development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will work with individuals, couples, and families to identify and address cognitive and behavioral challenges. You will also develop and implement treatment plans that promote healthy cognitive function and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, score, and interpret tests for cognitive screening, neuropsychological assessment, and psychological assessment.
  • Write comprehensive psychological assessment reports.
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy to individuals with cognitive impairment.
  • Develop, monitor, and implement behavioral management plans.
  • Serve as a consultant to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Assist in guidance, supervision, and training of students.
