Job Title: Tax Supervisor

Marcum LLP is seeking a highly skilled Tax Supervisor to join our team in Blue Bell, PA and Tinton Falls, NJ offices. As a Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing compliance and advisory work for a broad client base, including high net worth individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review tax returns, financial statements, and other tax-related documents.
  • Conduct tax research and provide technical advice to clients.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies for clients.
  • Supervise and train tax staff.
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in tax preparation and review.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical skills in tax preparation and review software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting.
  • CPA or other professional certifications.
  • Experience with tax software and technology.
