Pharmacist - Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Select Medical. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting healing and recovery in a compassionate environment.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
- Correctly inform and instruct patients on any drugs to be used after they are discharged.
- Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs.
- Promote an environment of continuous quality improvement.
- Requires successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure.
- Current State licensure required.
- BLS if required by State.
- Must maintain a current license in the state of practice.
- Pharm D or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency is preferred.
