Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Rochester Public Schools.

Job Summary:

The Speech Language Pathologist will work with students who require speech and language support to develop and implement individualized plans to improve communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to improve communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student learning
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to share progress and goals

Requirements:

  • Current Minnesota teaching license with PELSB
  • Prior successful experience in urban, multicultural education desirable
  • Demonstrates continued professional development through course work, research, peer collaboration, and/or job-embedded staff development
