About the Job

This role requires a strong leader who can direct the management of the Ag Loan Team to achieve the bank's objectives. As the SVP/Ag Loan Team Leader, you will establish individual loan officer and team goals, ensuring active management of the loan portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Direct the management of the Ag Loan Team to achieve the bank's loan volume and asset quality objectives.
  • Maintain and expand the bank's business profile through professional and community relations.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives to expand the bank's Agribusiness market share.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business or other related field required.
  • 10 years' banking experience, to include 7 years' management and/or experience in commercial lending.
