About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to join our team at Gainwell Technologies LLC. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for the successful sales and delivery of COB/PI services to clients, overseeing routine delivery of client services, and managing day-to-day client relationships and overall contract P&L.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary liaison with clients, responsible for overall client satisfaction, and dedicated responsibility for leading/managing all account and contractual aspects.
  • Project Management: Manage an operating budget with P/L responsibility, including monthly accrual, revenue, and expense projections, and develop and maintain a project status reporting system to ensure all contract deliverables are tracked, monitored, and completed timely.
  • Business Development: Introduce, negotiate, and implement new projects to expand the scope of engagement, and work with Senior Management to develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve enterprise goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with clients and stakeholders (both internal and external) to monitor and communicate progress, identify and manage risk, and communicate consistently and effectively.
  • Analysis and Expertise: Provide analysis and expertise when compiling and reporting operational results and contract deliverables, and identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing technology, processes, and existing products and/or services.
  • Procurement and Quality Management: Work with clients and stakeholders to shape procurements and identify opportunities for value-added services, lead procurement processes and RFP responses, and participate in and contribute to quality management efforts.
  • Competitive Landscape: Monitor competitor landscape through constant review of competitor activity or wins, track legislative and regulatory initiatives through consistent reporting, and monitor competitive landscape within assigned states.
  • Government Affairs: Engage in the strategy and development of government affairs programs specific to assigned account(s), and interact with Gainwell executives, supporting staff, state constituencies, including legislators and governor's staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or Healthcare.
  • Experience: 5+ years of client management/presentation/supervisory experience, and 3+ years of Medicaid/Medicare/Public Health experience, including general knowledge of the Medicaid program, particularly coordination of benefit, coverage, and payment rules.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, and advanced technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Location: Fully remote within the US, with a preferred candidate living within Central/Eastern United States within reasonable proximity to Charleston, WV, and must be located within the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
  • Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required.
