As a Distribution Supervisor at PSEG Long Island, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our transmission and distribution system. You will lead a team of relay technicians in the maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and installation of relays, supervisory controls, telemetry, and associated communications mediums.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical protection schemes, experience working in a union environment, and knowledge of collective bargaining agreements. You will collaborate with other organizations to ensure the successful completion of projects and manage budgets to ensure projects stay within constraints.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience in control and protection engineering or a related field. You will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP asset lookup.
