Job Title: Hourly Manager

The Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC) is a critical role in our restaurant, responsible for delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guests, people, and operations. As a key member of our management team, the HSC supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing the operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Profitability: Ensure accurate cash handling and inventory management, including daily and weekly inventory inspections, and receiving inventory truck orders.
  • Guest: Motivate and direct Team Members to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
  • People: Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase their capabilities and raise restaurant performance.
  • Operations: Set an example for Team Members by working hard to implement shift plans and drive operational results, ensuring efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products within established speed of service guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.
