About the Role:
  • Provide fast, flawless service to customers
  • Cash and sell bet tickets to the public
  • Process customer requests for credit card cash advances and personal check cashing

Requirements:

  • Very strong customer relations skills
  • Solid understanding of the pari-mutuel customer's motivations and expectations
  • Previous pari-mutuel mutual clerk experience preferred
