About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Device Territory Manager to join our team. As a territory manager, you will be responsible for representing Baxter's portfolio of ophthalmic, ENT, blood pressure, and cardiopulmonary products to primary care and ambulatory care medical facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical device industry and a proven track record of success in sales and distribution channel management. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and promote Welch Allyn product lines to primary care and ambulatory care medical facilities
  • Partner with established distributors' sales representatives to provide training, motivation, and supervision
  • Demonstrate and sell medical equipment to physicians and staff
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, clinics, and urgent care centers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
  • At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Proven ability to empower distribution partners to succeed
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
