Job Description
This is an hourly contract opportunity where you can anticipate 50-75 patient census and roughly 25 to 45 total hours of work monthly. Your responsibilities will include in-person meetings at our local office every 14 days, managing clinical needs/admissions/on-call via phone/remotely, brief documentation requirements, shared after-hours call rotation with other physicians, potential NP collaboration, malpractice coverage for Hospice Administrative duties, electronic health record, e-prescribing app system, and working with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, and chaplains.
