Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to strengthen skills and abilities
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote maximum benefit of care
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary staff and students
  • Maintain accurate and clear documentation of patient progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation
  • Current certification by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification Board
  • Valid state driver's license and approved driver's record
  • BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of clinical experience as a Recreational Therapist
