Job Title: Manager Trainee

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Manager In Training program. This program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. The successful candidate will have a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.
  • Develop strong computer skills and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
