Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Med Career Solutions. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our medical team to provide exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver routine and non-routine therapies and equipment to patients, including oxygen, aerosol therapy, and ventilators.
  • Assess and reassess patients to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Teach and instruct patients and their families on respiratory care and disease management.
  • Recognize and report abuse and neglect in patients.
Requirements
  • 1 year minimum of RRT experience in ICU, CVICU, NICU, PICU, or Critical Care Unit.
  • FL State Respiratory License.
  • NBRC - RRT/CRT certification.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications within 30 days of employment start date.
