Nurse Care Manager

At Providence, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Sister Care Nurse. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nurse who can provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Sister Care Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing nursing services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal resident outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
- 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
