Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist to join our team at MD Anderson Cancer Center. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
  • At least one year of recent surgical technologist experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
