Primary Care Physician for Underserved Communities in New York

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team at the shores of Lake Ontario. As a member of our FQHC, you will be part of a network of 14 Primary Care Providers and over 100 healthcare professionals across 5 locations.

Your Role
You will be working in an outpatient setting, focusing on providing comprehensive primary care services to our patients. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of delivering exceptional patient care.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive:
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Short-term and long-term disability insurance
- Bonus incentives available for meeting performance targets
