About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a 30 HR Teller in our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, processing transactions, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to bank policies and procedures.
  • Help customers with their financial needs, including opening new accounts, applying for loans, and providing information on bank products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other bank employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
