Position Overview

Your role will influence students, clients, and staff as you collaborate across various departments and external organizations to enhance the work environment at Elim.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, direct, and evaluate all facets of personnel, operational, and financial management of the organization's facilities and transportation services.
- Coordinate designated activities with other departments and external partners.
- Provide visionary leadership in the domains of facilities and transportation.
- Supervise the Facilities Manager and Transportation Manager.
You will manage 32 picturesque acres on the Crestwood/Palos Heights campus, which includes four program buildings and one additional facility located in Orland Park.

These services encompass special education from preschool to high school, therapeutic and educational programs for students with autism spectrum disorder, vocational training, life skills opportunities for young adults aged 18-22, day programs for adults with disabilities, and community engagement initiatives aimed at fostering change.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive starting salary ranging from $95,000 to $105,000 per year, including health insurance, dental coverage, vision plan, flexible spending options, life insurance, and a retirement plan with matching contributions.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or a related field is required, along with 5-7 years of experience in Facilities Management. Familiarity with an industry-standard Building Management System or Building Automation System is also necessary.
