**Job Summary**

The Test and Quality Assurance Inspector position is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of ground support units at the final stage of production and prior to shipment. This role reports directly to the Military Production Supervisor and indirectly to the Military Quality Assurance Manager.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform formal and informal audits of all materials, processes, products, and systems as needed or required.
  • Conduct final inspections and evaluations of products/units for shipment to customers.
  • Implement and maintain a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO standards.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • 5 years of experience in active inspection, preferably final product inspection.
  • Engineering or technical-related experience is desired.
  • Ability to read blueprints.

**Additional Skills and Abilities:**

  • Familiarity with basic measuring equipment, including testing and record maintenance.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills, including MRP system experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a team or solo environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.

**Education:**

  • Associate's degree preferred with one year of experience, or 5+ years' experience in inspection and QA-related capacities.
