Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our Corporate HR team at DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, KS. As a key member of our HR Department, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing market-competitive compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures, benchmark jobs against market data to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness, and recommend market-competitive compensation ranges to attract and retain top talent.
  • FLSA Compliance: Serve as the point of contact and first-line support for compensation and FLSA compliance for 3K+ employees in 24 states.
  • Compensation Planning: Perform and lead compensation analysis, planning, design, and implementation of market-competitive programs.
  • Salary Surveys: Participate in salary surveys, analyze and interpret survey results, and work with HR and Operational leaders to implement any necessary changes.
  • Project Management: Manage projects varying in size, complexity, and duration, including timely communication/updates with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum four (4) years' compensation experience, including salary surveys, analysis, and interpretation of market compensation data, and FLSA compliance.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel, HR systems experience preferred, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good writing skills, and effective communication.
