Job Title: First Line Risk Senior Manager

Citizens is seeking a highly skilled First Line Risk Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to employees on risk management best practices.
Requirements:
  • 6-8+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
