About the Role

Lignetics, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of clean, renewable solutions for everyday life. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Millwright to join our team in BROWNSVILLE, OR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Install and set up manufacturing equipment to meet production demands
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office/CMMS
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED with vocational training preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial plant maintenance with journeyman-level skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with state licensing requirements for Millwright and Electrical work
  • PREFERRED: Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) card and Journeyman Millwright card
  • Strong understanding of electrical concepts and project planning/implementation/oversight
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $30-$33 per hour, with potential for up to $36 with target bonus and shift differential.
