We are currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our Maintenance Department. In this role, you will be responsible for executing preventative, corrective, and requested electrical maintenance across all manufacturing sectors efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Repairs: You will be tasked with restoring and maintaining all electrical systems for both day and night shifts promptly. Recommendations for electrical enhancements and identifying necessary parts and equipment will also be part of your responsibilities.
- Adherence to Protocols: You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain cleanliness post-job, and be available for after-hours maintenance as required.
- Compliance Assurance: You will oversee adherence to all certification standards and uphold excellent housekeeping practices in line with AIB/ISO guidelines, ensuring cleaning compliance for each piece of equipment serviced.
- Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. You should possess the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues, exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, and maintain a safe work ethic while working on energized and de-energized circuits.
- Team Collaboration: The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential. A willingness to work a 12-hour schedule (2 days on, 2 days off) is required, with night shifts from 8 PM to 8 AM.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical experience is highly preferred.
