Job Title: RN Charge PCU Weekend Nights

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We have an exciting opportunity for a RN Charge in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) working weekend nights.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am. As a RN Charge, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Unit Overview:

Our 30-bed PCU is a great starting point for RNs interested in specializing in ICU or Trauma areas. With a 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, you will have the opportunity to develop your critical thinking and problem-solving skills while providing exceptional care to our patients.

Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required, BSN preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of Step Down experience preferred
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana
  • BLS certification must be maintained while in this position
  • ACLS certification within 12 months of being hired
